By using PeekShort (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
1) Age & Eligibility
The Service is for users aged 13+. In the EEA, the digital consent age may be 16. Parental/guardian consent may be required where applicable.
2) Account & Sign-in
You may use the Service as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information. Accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks may be suspended.
3) Scope of the Service
The Service offers vertical series content. Access to certain episodes may require coins or a VIP (subscription). From time to time, we may offer voluntary rewarded ads and tasks that grant coins. Content and features may change or be removed over time.
4) Virtual Items (Coins) & Unlocks
- Coins are in-app digital items; they are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- In cases of abuse, refund (chargeback) or erroneous transactions, unlocks may be revoked and balances adjusted.
- Daily/account limits and device-based restrictions may apply.
- Transfers between accounts or platforms are not supported.
5) Subscription (VIP) & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions may auto-renew via the applicable app store.
- Unless canceled, subscriptions renew at the end of the billing period; manage/cancel in your store account settings.
- Prices may vary by region and include taxes/exchange effects; refunds follow the store’s policies.
6) Rewarded Ads & Tasks
Voluntary ad views or tasks may yield coins. To prevent abuse, we apply fraud detection, daily limits, and emulator/automation blocks. Rewards may be withheld or revoked in case of suspicious activity.
7) Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering, circumventing security, automation/bots, using emulators or rooted/jailbroken devices to cheat.
- Infringing third-party rights, including copyright and personality rights.
- Any conduct that harms the Service or degrades other users’ experience.
Violations may result in restricted access, account termination, technical/legal measures, and reporting to authorities.
8) Content & IP
All content in the app is owned by its respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Infringement notices: [email protected].
9) Third-Party Links
The app may link to third-party sites/services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10) Fees & Taxes
In-app purchases are processed via app stores. Taxes and fees may vary by region.
11) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12) Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, infrastructure outages, or supplier failures.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. You may close your account at any time.

15) Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
16) Governing Law & Venue
Unless otherwise specified, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
17) Notices
The parties’ correspondence addresses are: for the Service Provider, the address published on www.peekshort.com/iletisim and the email [email protected]; for the User, the email/address stored in their Platform account. The parties agree that notices under this agreement may be made by email and that email records constitute admissible evidence.
Unless updated by email notice to the other party, notices sent to previously provided contact details shall be deemed valid.
