2. Definitions

3. Commission

4. Confirmation, Reporting and Payment

5. Refunds, Chargebacks and Adjustments

If a Referred User’s transaction is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is cancelled. If the commission has already been paid, the Platform may offset the amount against the Partner’s current or future earnings, or, where offsetting is not possible, claim it back from the Partner.

6. Tax Obligations

The Partner is independent and is solely responsible for declaring and paying tax on the income earned. If the Partner is an individual within the scope of Article Mükerrer 20/B of the Turkish Income Tax Law No. 193 ("Social Content Creator Exemption"):

For other Partners (companies, sole proprietors, Partners outside Türkiye), payment is made against an invoice issued to the Platform or any document required by applicable law; Partners outside Türkiye may be asked for a tax form where necessary. For payments outside Türkiye, the transfer fee charged by the payment provider is borne by the Partner and is collected from the Partner by the provider.

7. Promotion Rules

The Partner agrees to:

8. Prohibited Conduct and Sanctions

Purchasing with your own code or with the accounts of relatives, creating fake accounts, bot or automated traffic, incentivised or forced clicks, multiple accounts and other conduct the Platform reasonably considers fraudulent are prohibited. In case of breach, the Platform may suspend or close the account, withhold or reclaim the related and pending commissions, and take legal action where necessary.

9. Changes to the Terms

If the Service Provider wants to change rates, periods or calculation methods, it will give notice by email or through the dashboard at least 30 days before the change takes effect. A change does not affect commissions that arose before the notice date. If the Partner does not accept the change, they may leave the program. Continuing to use the program after the change takes effect means acceptance.

10. Term and Termination

Either party may leave these terms at any time by written notice; termination does not affect receivables and debts that arose and were confirmed before the exit date. No new commission arises after termination; any confirmed balance remaining in the account is paid in accordance with the Payment Threshold and the relevant terms. Balances suspected of fraudulent transactions are withheld until the review is complete.

11. Nature of the Agreement

These terms do not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship between the parties. The Partner cannot represent or bind the Platform. If the Service Provider converts to a joint-stock company (A.Ş.) or changes its legal structure, these terms transfer with all rights and obligations to the new legal entity.

12. Personal Data

The Partner’s personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. The Partner cannot request access to the personal data of Referred Users; the Platform provides such information only in summary and statistical form.

13. Notices

The notice addresses of the parties are the address stated in Article 1 and the email address [email protected] for the Service Provider, and the email address registered in the application and account for the Partner. The parties agree that notices may be given by email and that email records constitute evidence.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
